Roscommon County Youth Theatre is a professional youth theatre organisation established in 1999 by Catherine Sheridan (nee Simon) that provides opportunities for young people aged 14 to 22 who have a passion for acting and performance. Based on the concepts of opportunity, empowerment, access, group identity and artistic excellence, RCYT puts the integrity of the young people at the centre of a process valuing exploration, creativity, and appreciation of the arts in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
