Minding Creative Minds (MCM) is a free and confidential support service for the entire Irish creative sector, both within Ireland and abroad.
The programme provides a wide range of services, including mental health support, career mentoring, and advice on various matters.
It also offers a pilot service for Creative Arts Therapies.
Key Services:
- Counselling: 12 free counselling sessions, including trauma and abuse counselling.
- Financial & Legal Advice: 30-minute consultations with specialists for each enquiry.
- Career Hub: Includes a career mentoring program, career clinic, workshops, and masterclasses.
- Workshops and Mentoring: In 2023, 50+ masterclasses were attended by 1,400+ people, and over 1,000 hours of one-to-one mentoring was provided.
- Meet & Greet Events: Monthly online social gatherings that offer peer support.

MCM caters to a wide variety of creative professionals, such as artists, producers, sound engineers, graphic designers, photographers, actors, directors, and many others involved in creative disciplines.
