Youth Theatre Ireland is a registered business name of the National Association for Youth Drama, Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG, Companies Registration Office Number 191785) and a registered charity (CHY 9410) governed by a voluntary Board of Directors.

Youth Theatre Ireland is committed to complying with the following:

• the Governance Code and has begun the process towards implementing the code in full
• the charity SORP
• the ICTR Guiding Principles for Fundraising

Youth Theatre Ireland engages with the National Quality Standards Framework (NQSF) for Youth Work that was developed by the Department of Children and Youth Affairs.
