Graffiti Theatre, in association with Youth Theatre Ireland, is excited to announce The Graffiti:Way Facilitator Mentorship Programme.
This is an open call to creative humans, theatre artists, directors and facilitators who have a passion for working with children and young people and are keen to upskill. Graffiti is inviting applications to participate in a facilitator training and mentorship programme.
The programme will take place from November 2023 to May 2024 at Graffiti Theatre Company in Cork City. The workshops will be facilitated by Youth Theatre Ireland and members of Graffiti’s core team.
Participants will be given a stipend of €125 to attend each session.
On completion of the workshop series, there will be an opportunity for two participants to continue on a paid internship at Graffiti. Working alongside experienced Graffiti facilitators on their Creative Learning team via their Youth Theatre and their Schools Programme.
Deadline for Applications: 12th October at 5pm
To apply you must:
Have experience of drama facilitation and/or a theatre practice
Be interested in Youth Theatre facilitation
Be based in (or near) Cork
Available to attend ALL workshops
Able to dedicate time to reflect between monthly meetings
Successful applicants will be notified on Friday the 20th of October.
