Youth Theatre Practice Symposium –  22 November, Limerick

An important date for the diaries of all practitioners! Following the success of the Symposium event last year, the youth theatre sector will return to Limerick in November for a day-long symposium exploring aspects of youth theatre practice.

The Youth Theatre Practice Symposium will be an opportunity to share practice, learn and network with colleagues in the sector and will be delivered on an all-Ireland basis in partnership with Theatre NI and Mary Immaculate College, University of Limerick.

 The symposium will comprise of

  • A morning programme of parallel, specialist workshops by leading practitioners;
  • A ‘Viewpoints’ programme of speakers from the youth theatre community offering an opportunity to explore and promote new projects and ideas in youth theatre practice;
  • A series of roundatable discussions for participants to practically engage with the key questions and ideas that arise from the symposium.

 Full details of the programme will be announced in the coming weeks along with details of how to register and participate.

Keep up to Date
