Centre Stage +20: Questionnaires for Members and Leaders

Centre Stage +20: Questionnaires for Members and Leaders

The next phase of Centre Stage+20 is beginning! Youth theatre leaders and members (aged 12 +) are being asked to complete questionnaires to gather information regarding their profile and youth theatre experiences. You will receive your questionnaires in the post very soon!

All questionnaires are anonymous and should take about 10 minutes to fill in. We are really keen to make sure a broad range of young people and backgrounds are captured in the surveys!

  • Member Questionnaires: These are for members aged 12 to 25. We are counting the number of youth theatre members aged under 12 but are not asking them to complete a questionnaire. Young people aged 18+ who identify as a member should fill in this form.
  • Leader Questionnaires: These are for any leaders aged 18 + in your youth theatre. We particularly want to hear from regular youth theatre leaders & facilitators, but also very much welcome questionnaires from committee members, occasional facilitators & volunteers etc. Young people aged 18+ who identify as a junior leader should fill in this form.

Questionnaires are currently being posted to youth theatres. Many thanks to those youth theatres who were working during the summer and have already completed their questionnaires!

The questionnaires are hard copies so youth theatre leaders can keep track of the numbers coming back and return them together.

Deadline for Return

You can send back the questionnaires as soon as they are complete but the deadline is Friday, October 12th. Send them to: Rhona Dunnett,  Youth Theatre Ireland,  7 North Great George’s Street, Dublin 1

Please contact Rhona If you have any questions at 01 8781301 or if you’re starting activities later this term and don’t think the deadline is feasible for you.

Your time and effort are deeply appreciated by Youth Theatre Ireland.

The Centre Stage +20 research project aims to generate a detailed picture of current youth theatre activity in Ireland through the information and opinions we gather through the Centre Stage Census Week, questionnaires, interviews and workshops.
